1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by QUANTUMLEAP IT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

We provide an AI-powered WhatsApp Operator meant for automating customer-initiated service queries and bookings. Our services are strictly for lawful business purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending unsolicited messages or "spam".
• Bulk messaging or broadcasting to users who have not opted in.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding any person.
• Any activity that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

Violation of these terms, especially the anti-spam policy, will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, AI models, and technology behind the QUANTUMLEAP AI Operator are the intellectual property of QUANTUMLEAP IT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Limitation of Liability

QUANTUMLEAP IT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. QUANTUMLEAP IT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
